Kat is our dedicated Insurance/Treatment Coordinator, expertly guiding patients through their insurance benefits and ensuring comprehensive understanding and effective management. She plays a crucial role in maintaining smooth, efficient operations behind the scenes.

In her personal time, Kat enjoys a variety of hobbies, including cooking, gardening, and trips to the hunting camp, all while cherishing time spent with her husband.

Gracie Peak is one of the friendly hometown faces you'll meet as she greets you with a smiling face as you enter Murphy Dentistry!

She is at the exciting start of her journey in the dental field and is committed to ensuring your visit runs smoothly and that you feel welcome. A proud graduate of Robertsdale High School, Go Bears! Gracie is eager to expand her knowledge in dentistry.

When she's not at the office, she loves spending time with her friends and family, and you can often find her relaxing at the beach.

Tierra is one of the friendly faces you’ll see at the front desk, where she helps welcome patients, verify insurance, and ensure each visit runs smoothly from start to finish. Her warm personality and attention to detail help create a comfortable, stress-free experience for every patient who walks through the door.

Outside the office, Tierra enjoys shopping, attending sporting events and concerts, and spending quality time with her 3-year-old daughter, Teagan, and her family. She loves connecting with people and is always ready to help patients feel at home.

Originally from Vicksburg, MS, Amie brings a strong background in both private and public accounting to our practice. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Mississippi College and has spent many years honing her expertise in the financial world. Her experience makes her the ideal person to oversee our accounting operations, while also contributing her creative talents to our marketing efforts.

Amie is married to Dr. Murphy, and together they stay busy raising their four children—7-year-old triplets Maddox, Mia, and Madi, and their youngest, 3-year-old Micah. When she’s not at the office or attending her children’s many extracurricular activities, Amie enjoys decorating, shopping, and traveling to new tropical destinations whenever she gets the opportunity.

Meet Liz Kolbe, RDH, your dedicated dental hygienist! Since graduating from the Alabama Dental Hygiene Program in 2001, Liz has accumulated over 20 years of experience focused on providing exceptional patient care. Her true passion lies in empowering patients to feel great about their oral health and keeping their smiles sparkling. Liz, her husband, and their two children are proud to call Loxley home since 2021. When she's not at the office, you can find Liz enjoying the outdoors — camping, boating, and fishing — or taking a fun trip to a theme park.

Mia is a dedicated and friendly Registered Dental Hygienist whose roots run deep in Alabama. A proud native, she's also an enthusiastic member of the "Roll Tide" faithful! Mia's passion for oral health began in 2016 when she started working in the dental field. She committed to advancing her education and skill set, graduating from the Alabama Dental Hygiene Program in 2020. She loves connecting with patients and helping them achieve their healthiest, brightest smiles. When she's not caring for patients, Mia is busy with her two littles, Maddox (6) and Teegan (3), who are her greatest joy. You can often find Mia out on the water, soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful Alabama weather.

Hello! I'm Cyndi Middleton, and I'm thrilled to be a part of your dental care team.

My career as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) began in 1982, and for over four decades, I've had the privilege of helping patients achieve and maintain healthy, beautiful smiles. I'm also a lifelong resident of Loxley, so I truly enjoy caring for the dental health of my friends and neighbors in this community.

My Approach to Care:
My passion is providing gentle, thorough care while making sure every patient feels comfortable and informed. I believe that a healthy smile is key to overall wellness, and I am dedicated to making your visit a positive and beneficial experience.

Beyond the Chair:
When I'm not in the office, my life is centered around my family. I am a proud mom to two wonderful children and a doting "CiCi" to four amazing grandkids! Family time is the best time, and we love taking trips together to make new memories. I also enjoy the simple pleasure of spending time at the beach, relaxing by the water, and soaking up the sun.

Amanda has been a part of our office family for the past 7 years! Amanda first joined our front office as a Patient Care Coordinator, where her passion for dentistry quickly grew. She soon transitioned into a Lead Chairside Assistant role and, after years of assisting, pursued her dream of becoming a hygienist through the Alabama Dental Hygiene Program. Today, we are thrilled to have her as a Registered Dental Hygienist!

In addition to caring for patients, Amanda also oversees our in-office lab, where she brings her enthusiasm for digital dentistry and 3D printing to life.

A lifelong resident of Baldwin County, Amanda is married to Chris, and together they have three wonderful children —Railey (16), Easton (14), and Karter (8). Outside of the office, you’ll most likely find her cheering on her kids at sporting events, shopping, or relaxing with her family. We are so grateful to have Amanda on our team — her dedication, compassion, and love for dentistry inspire us all every day!

Jade is a warm, upbeat dental assistant who’s been bringing comfort, care, and a little sunshine to dental chairs since 2019. She began her journey in pediatric dentistry, where she spent five wonderful years helping little ones feel brave and cared for during their visits-an experience that shaped her gentle, patient-centered approach. Now working in general dentistry, Jade continues to bring that same nurturing touch to patients of all ages.

Known for her sweet personality and just a sprinkle of bubbly, scatterbrained charm (seriously, where did she put that pen?), Jade is all about creating a calm, welcoming space where people feel truly seen and cared for. Whether she’s assisting during procedures, prepping the room with care, or chatting with patients to ease their nerves, she puts her heart into everything she does.

Outside the office, Jade is a proud mom to her two sweet boys, Kamden (4) and Cooper (1), who are the absolute center of her world. Together, they love spending time at the river soaking up the sunshine, hunting during the cooler months, and-of course-going shopping (Jade will tell you she’s just browsing... but her full cart says otherwise).

With years of hands-on experience and a heart full of kindness, Jade is always ready to help brighten someone’s day-one smile at a time.

Mindy Smith is a skilled dental assistant with over seven years of experience in the field. She first worked with Dr. Murphy six years ago and returned to the team 1.5 years ago, bringing with her a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to patient care.

Based in Stockton, AL, Mindy is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their dental experience. Her warm personality and dedication make her a valued part of the team.

Outside the office, Mindy enjoys spending time outdoors, baking, and cherishing life as a proud mom to three energetic boys. She has been happily married since 2021.

With 36 years as a Dental Assistant, Amelia has a true passion for helping people achieve healthy, happy smiles. She has been a valued member of the Murphy Dentistry family since 2020, where she enjoys connecting with patients and ensuring a smooth, positive experience in the dental chair. When she's not at the office, Amelia loves being outdoors, especially at the beach or while fishing. Her greatest joy is spending time with her family, including her husband, son, and two granddaughters, for whom she loves creating personalized scrapbooks.
